First Judicial District Post Decree Clinic

Polidori, Franklin & Monahan has volunteered to sponsor the First Judicial District (Jefferson and Gilpin Counties) Post Decree Clinic in conjunction with Metro Volunteer Lawyers. The firm will be joining forces with another Lakewood firm, Pelegrin and Radeff, to provide pro bono services to indigent and low income parties who are attempting to adjudicate post dissolution issues such as modification of parenting time, child support and enforcement of court orders. Our firm will send staff attorneys to assist at Post Decree Clinics in an effort to help the Bench manage the sheer volume of post decree filings that occur on a pro se basis. The firm is very pleased to have this opportunity to share both its resources and legal experiences for this community service. The firm expects that this program will be an ongoing project in years to come and is hopeful that our efforts will helps make a significant contribution to alleviating the pressure on the courts due to pro se post decree filings.
